Overview
A new Commercial-facing department has been created, requiring a new digital home for all things skills, career and department-facing.
Role
We were brought in in the early stages, as their sole design team, to set create and set standards for department branding, communication assets and the digital home for all staff - existing and new.
Challenge
A new department, that is forming at the same time that it's producing a digital home, meant a lot of fluid ideas and inputs.
A great core team helped to partner with us on navigating their internal audience, whilst keeping the voice of their customer top of mind for all.
Product
A custom LXP home, for all current and new DCX employees. Completely optimised for their internal systems and regional colleagues.
The product includes multiple custom-created libraries and widgets, to filter huge libraries of content, including creating custom playlists and exploring individual personas and roles for mandated and stretch-content for career progression.
Full Branding and UX Services deployed, to ensure the journey between sub-departments and sections is seamless for all users, across all devices.
